The easiest project and the most bang for your buck!!!!! Literally took me 5 minutes, cute dresses for 2 bucks!!!!! Found these cute bandannas at the dollar store, a 2 pack for a buck!!!!!!!!! Then just got ribbon to match!!!!! You can find the tutorial here!
