30 min Hamburger buns!!!!!!

3 1/2 c warm water
1 c oil
3/4 c sugar
6 T yeast
1 T salt
3 eggs
10 1/2 c flour

(Dissolve yeast and some of the sugar in water if not using saf instant) Mix and rest for 15 min. Shape immediately into rolls, place on cookie sheet, let rise 10 min. Then brush with whisked egg and water to get the gloden brown tops:) Bake 10 min at 375*
Makes 2 dozen hearty sized rolls

Can also use half wheat and white flour, make into hoggie buns, or skip the eggs, only add 8 cups flour, let raise longer, and you get more or a roll type bread, not so airy.... delicious. And yes, this was a discovery made on accident! That's the cool thing about baking, if you mess up, keep going, it may still turn out, and may even be better! :)
